AI Is Here is a personal documentation project focused on building useful, private artificial intelligence infrastructure from enterprise hardware and open-source software.
THE IDEA
Rather than relying entirely on cloud services, this project explores what can be accomplished with locally controlled hardware, Linux, virtualization, networking, and open-source AI tools.
The lab is built around practical experimentation: understanding the hardware, solving power and cooling problems, installing software, testing models, measuring performance, and documenting what works.
THE APPROACH
The goal is not to build the most expensive system or chase every new technology. The goal is to create a reliable platform that can run useful workloads, remain understandable, and improve over time.
Every successful configuration, failed experiment, unexpected error, and hardware discovery becomes part of the documentation.
